The following quote is for the services required to move the existing Florenco.ca website over to Wordpress as well as redesigning, reorganizing, and updating content. The main goals are:

• Ensure Florenco management can access and update the website as they please at any time.
• Ensure Florenco can hire 3rd party developers if needed and grant them access to the website in order to perform any work required.
• We will use the existing domain and hosting.
• Focus on the user experience for website visitors by:
  • Adding Call-to-Action buttons where applicable.
  • Adding at least one web form (Contact Us).
  • Communicate Florenco's value proposition clearly and with as few words as possible, specifically on the home page.
  • Reorganize all content including testimonials, this may include adding/removing/consolidating existing pages.
• Ensure links to existing social media accounts are included on the new website.

Additional items that will also be included:

• Google Analytics 4 setup and integration.
• Google Search Console setup and integration.
• Install a drag and drop page builder for easy updates (Elementor).
• Image and site speed optimization.

*Any additional functionality or requests outside the scope of this project not outlined above will be billed at a friends & family rate of $75/hr CDN.

**Any additional costs incurred (ex: software, plugins, etc.) are the responsibility of Florenco, however Digified Media will not move forward with any additional costs without written approval from Florenco.

***Though we will make every effort to avoid it, website down time should be expected while work for this project is being performed.
