This quote is for the redesign of LukeRyanLifeCoach.com. Scope of work is as follows:
- Existing Website
- Login credentials to Wix for the current website will be required.
- Login credentials to the current Domain Registrar will be required (if current registrar is not Wix)
- Website & content development
- New website built on Wordpress CMS
- Suggested Front Facing Pages:
- Home
- Services
- About
- Contact
- Content on existing site will either be reorganized, rewritten, or replaced with new content with client approval
- A GoDaddy Web Hosting Deluxe package will be required. First year GoDaddy fees will be $83.88 CDN plus tax.
- A credit card will be required to be saved on this account for renewals after 1 year (expected to be $215.88/year moving forward)
- We may move the domain LukeRyanLifeCoach.com from the current registrar (assumed to be Wix) over to GoDaddy as well if it makes sense to do so
- Invoicing and Credit Card processing
- Website will need the ability to create invoices and process credit cards.
- Credit cards will most likely be processed either by Stripe or PayPal. This will be determined by the invoicing plugin that gets used.
- PayPal login credentials will be required (if using PayPal)
- A Stripe account will be created and handed over to the client (if using Stripe)
- Will require bank account information to move funds out of Stripe
- Professional Email Address & Calendar
- Google Workspace Business Starter subscription will be setup ($7.80/month CDN)
- A new professional email address will be created (suggestion: luke@lukeryanlifecoach.com)
- Google Calendar will be used for appointments
- Credit Card will be required to be saved on the account for monthly subscription
- Google Workspace Business Starter subscription will be setup ($7.80/month CDN)
- Appointment Booking Functionality
- Setup a free version of Calendly that integrates with Google Workspace Calendar, and an existing Zoom account.
- The login credentials for Google workspace and Zoom will be required
- NOTE: Please be advised that the Google Workspace subscription includes a Google Meets service that can be used in place of Zoom if you wish.
- NOTE: If any additional features such as appointment reminder emails are desired, then a paid subscription for Calendly starting at $12/month USD would be needed.
- The login credentials for Google workspace and Zoom will be required
- Setup a free version of Calendly that integrates with Google Workspace Calendar, and an existing Zoom account.
- Toll Free Phone Number
- An ActiveDEMAND call tracking account will be created and a toll free number purchased.
- Rates vary but you can expect $5/month plus $0.18/min usage (USD)
- A credit card will be required to be saved on the account for monthly rental and usage fees
- An ActiveDEMAND call tracking account will be created and a toll free number purchased.
- Google My Business Account
- We will create a GMB account for Luke Ryan Life Coach Campbell River area assuming we have an address we can use publicly.
*Any additional functionality or requests outside the scope of this project not outlined above will be billed at a friends & family rate of $75/hr CDN.
**Any additional costs incurred (ex: software, plugins, etc.) are the responsibility of Luke Ryan Life Coach, however Digified Media will not move forward with any additional costs without written approval from Luke Ryan Life Coach.
***Though we will make every effort to avoid it, website down time should be expected while work for this project is being performed.
